The TCBV series magnetic vacuum pump is a novel type of industrial pump developed by our company. It integrates the features of both vacuum pumps and magnetic pumps. This pump is suitable for gas and water vapor extraction, with a suction pressure capable of reaching 33 mar absolute pressure (equivalent to 98% vacuum).
In cases where the vacuum pump operates continuously with a suction pressure below 80 mar, it is necessary to connect it to a gas erosion protection tube in order to safeguard the pump.
When an atmospheric injector is attached, the suction pressure can be increased to 10 mar. Moreover, the injector can be directly mounted on the vacuum pump.
When functioning as a compressor, the pressure it can achieve can go up to 0.26 MPa (absolute pressure).
